Personal Empowerment Coaching:

Partner with me on a journey of discovery and empowerment. We will work together over a 12 week period, in 30 minute time blocks to explore  how you can best move forward in whatever area of life you choose. After an initial 1.5 hour talk to find out exactly  what you need, we then confer for weekly 30 minute talks to agree on strategies and solutions. You will be able to stay on track or alter the course as needed. You will  deepen self awareness and take action consistently, effectively and joyfully. By the conclusion of this 12 week time block you will reach new levels of awareness, achievement, confidence and effectiveness. You will “feel” the change.

12 Weeks of Life Coaching:   $1000

Personal Empowerment Coaching                                   

This is a natural follow up to the 12 week blocks. It may also be suitable in cases where you need a shorter block of time to work on specific issues.

1 month = 4 sessions block:   $300

Single Personal Empowerment Coaching Sessions:                                

Consult with me on any issue on a one time basis or outside the context of the standard 12 or 4  week plan. Together we can explore the situation seeking insight and the best possible choices.

30 minutes:   $75

As an extension of the Personal empowerment module, if you would like to work together on a longer term basis this package will address your needs. It is also more cost effective.

24 Weekly Coaching Sessions:    $1500
